Connection and signing.

Reconnect the same wallet address, keep the wallet app open for pending requests, and confirm the requested network. Never share a seed phrase or private key with Klak support.

Deposits and withdrawals.

Include your wallet address, network, amount, transaction hash, and approximate timestamp when reporting a funding issue.

Orders and positions.

For a rejected order, include the market, product type, side, order type, size, and the exact error shown in Klak.

Cross-chain routes.

For a delayed route, keep the source transaction hash and route details. Do not resend funds to an old quote or manually modify Bitcoin transaction outputs.

Referral support.

For partner access, referral attribution, links, or commission questions, include the approved wallet address and referral code.
